Though we encourage everyone experiencing financial difficulty in paying for their medication to apply, those who meet one or more of the following criteria will be more likely to qualify:- Have no prescription coverage
- Have an income below $21,000 for an individual, $28,000 for a couple, $35,000 for a family of three, $43,000 for a family of four, or $50,000 for a family of five.
- Is not eligible for Medicare.
